The company established a full set of training programme with a view to career development of all the staff.

All of the new staff will get three months' Orientation Training. Performance appraisal is required according to the job responsibilities when the training is finished.

Certain employees will be assigned to external training about professional courses and other programmes according to the requirement of job development. 

Certain emplyees will be assinged to job promotion training programme or position shift training programme according to the performance appraisal of daily work.
